Thank you for using Middle College Essay Suite ("the Suite," "we," "us," or "our"), By installing our add-on, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Suite is designed to assist users with projects and assignments within the Middle College Program at West Valley College. However, it is not affiliated with said program.

By installing and using the Suite, you agree to comply with these terms.

Service

The Suite provides tools and features to aid users in formatting essays and assignments within the Middle College Program at West Valley College. We are not responsible for any possible effects, negative or otherwise, the use of this program may or may not have on your work both inside and outside of the program.

User Responsibilities

Upon installing the Suite, you agree to use the application within Google's Terms of Service as well as our own.

Privacy and Data Use

Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of the "§" logo, however, we own all rights to the Middle College Essay suite and its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Suite for personal or educational use. You cannot under any circumstances utilize the Suite for commercial applications, nor copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Suite.

Warranty

The Suite is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the add-on will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your use of or inability to use the add-on;

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

- Any errors or omissions in the add-on.

Performance Disclaimer

The Middle College Essay Suite aims to aid users with essays and assignments within the Middle College Program at West Valley College, but we are not responsible for the outcome of these essays or assignments. Your performance in the Middle College Program at West Valley College is your responsibility, and we do not guarantee any specific results, or grades.
